Lamaze Childbirth Education
Lamaze Childbirth Education classes provide families with the knowledge and skills to navigate pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood including breastfeeding. This class provides information that will empower couples to make informed decisions about their birth experience. You will learn techniques to manage and progress labor and what questions you should ask your caregivers. The goal of this course is to instill confidence in a mother and encourage her innate ability to give birth. Classes consist of 6, 2 hour sessions.
Classes are Thursdays, 6:00-8:00.
Classes will be held in the Fellowship Hall at Trinity Lutheran Church, 523 4th Avenue SE, Jamestown.
